These Terms of Service govern your use of the UNILOVELY website and your purchases from us. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

1. Store Operator and Agreement

UNILOVELY is operated by WAN JI TECHNOLOGY LTD. By visiting, using, or purchasing through our website and related services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and Account Information

You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to make a purchase. You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete account, billing, payment, and shipping information and for keeping any account credentials secure.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary because of lighting, photography, screen settings, device displays, and the natural or blended characteristics of hair products.

Multi-tone, highlighted, rooted, balayage, or blended hair colors may naturally vary in placement and visual appearance from one piece to another.

Product specifications, availability, packaging, images, and descriptions may be updated when needed. Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law if a product is defective, damaged, materially different from its description, or otherwise non-conforming.

4. Human Hair Extensions and Wig Materials

UNILOVELY human hair extensions are made with 100% Remy human hair unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

Our current wig collections primarily consist of synthetic wigs. The material and construction of each product are stated on the relevant product page. Customers should review the individual product description before ordering.

5. Orders, Changes, and Cancellations

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after we confirm it and successfully process the applicable payment.

We may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for payment or fraud concerns, pricing or listing errors, product availability, or inability to complete a requested customization. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount.

Please carefully review your color, length, weight, quantity, product type, and shipping address before placing an order.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. For made-to-order hair extensions, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible after production has begun.

Our Return & Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights still apply.

6. Made-to-Order Hair Extensions

Many UNILOVELY human hair extensions are produced after an order is placed based on the selected shade, length, weight, and other available specifications.

Once production has begun, made-to-order extensions are generally considered final sale under our standard store policy, except for defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed items and except where applicable law provides rights that cannot be waived.

7. Prices, Payment, Taxes, and Duties

Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice. The price charged for an accepted order will normally be the price shown at checkout, unless there is a clear pricing or technical error requiring us to contact you.

Taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, and import fees are handled as shown at checkout and as described in our Shipping Policy.

Additional charges imposed by local customs or tax authorities may apply where those charges are not collected or stated as included at checkout.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Processing, production, shipping, and delivery dates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, holidays, incorrect delivery information, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

We will provide tracking information when available and will assist with unusual shipment issues in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits delivery-related rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

9. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligibility may depend on the product category, whether an item was made to order, its condition, the reason for the return, and applicable law.

10. Color Matching

Hair color can appear different under natural daylight, indoor lighting, warm lighting, cool lighting, photography, and different screens.

Customers are encouraged to use our color matching resources before ordering. If you are uncertain about a shade, please contact us before placing your order.

Color matching assistance is intended to help customers make a more informed selection, but it does not constitute an absolute guarantee that a shade will appear identical under every lighting condition or blend identically with every individual's hair.

11. Acceptable Website Use

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

interfere with the security or operation of the website;
attempt unauthorized access to our systems or accounts;
introduce malicious software or code;
submit fraudulent, false, or misleading information;
impersonate another person;
use the Services in violation of applicable law or the rights of others; or
copy or commercially exploit our content without authorization where such use is not otherwise permitted by law.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website text, product descriptions, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, layout, educational content, and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to UNILOVELY and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit this content without prior written permission except where permitted by law.

13. Third-Party Services and Shopify

Our online store is powered by Shopify and may use third-party payment, shipping, review, analytics, tracking, communication, and other service providers.

Those providers may have their own terms and privacy practices. Sales made through this store are transactions with UNILOVELY, except where a third party expressly provides a separate service directly to you.

14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UNILOVELY will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from use of the website or products where such liability may legally be limited.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15. Privacy

Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Shopify and other service providers may also process information as described in that policy.

16. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to WAN JI TECHNOLOGY LTD and the relevant transaction, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer's place of residence or purchase.

If any provision of these Terms conflicts with a legal right that cannot be waived, the mandatory legal requirement will control to the extent of that conflict.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, Services, products, or legal requirements. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
