1. Wigs
We accept returns for eligible wig products within 14 days after delivery.
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Uncut
- Unstyled
- Original packaging required
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
2. Hair Extensions (Important)
All hair extensions are made-to-order custom products based on color, length, and volume selection.
Hair extensions are final sale once production has started or shipped.
They cannot be returned due to:
- Color selection mistakes
- Expectation differences from photos
- Length or volume preferences
- Change of mind after ordering
3. Color Variation Disclaimer
Please note that all product photos are taken under controlled lighting conditions to best represent each shade.
Due to lighting differences, screen displays, and handmade coloring processes, slight variations in tone, brightness, or dimension may occur.
These variations are considered normal and are not classified as defects or incorrect items.
All products are ensured to remain within the same intended color family and undertone as described.
4. Color Concern & Resolution
If you believe there is a color concern, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos in natural daylight.
After review, we may offer one of the following solutions:
- Partial refund as compensation
- Replacement in a corrected tone (if available)
- Return for refund (case-by-case review required)
We always aim to resolve issues fairly and efficiently.
5. Return Approval Required
All return requests must be approved before sending items back.
Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Hair extensions after production or shipment
- Used or altered items
- Clearance items
- Color variation within same color family
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
A $10 USD return processing fee will be deducted from all approved returns. This fee covers handling, inspection, and restocking costs.

We strongly recommend reviewing product images and color guides before purchase.
