Our manufacturing partner operates under an ISO 9001-certified quality management system certified by SGS.
Human hair is only the starting point. How it is selected, graded, constructed, and inspected plays a major role in the consistency, density, and finish of the completed extension. Each batch begins with careful selection and visual inspection. Hair is reviewed for overall condition, length, texture, and consistency before it moves into the next stage of production.

The selected hair is carefully combed, drawn, and organized by hand to smooth the bundle, reduce tangling, and prepare the strands for precise length grading and construction.
Good preparation creates a cleaner, more manageable bundle and helps maintain consistency through the later production stages.
Hand-sorted for fuller, more consistent ends.
Hair is drawn and carefully graded by length, followed by detailed hand sorting strand by strand. Different lengths are kept strictly separated to create bundles with a more consistent length profile, fewer short strands, and fuller-looking ends.
When fewer short strands are mixed into a bundle, more of the hair's weight continues through the mid-lengths and ends instead of disappearing near the top.
From loose hair to a secure weft.
Once the hair has been prepared and graded, it is positioned and securely stitched into consistent wefts. This creates the structural base used to build the finished extension.
Controlled weft construction supports even hair distribution, a stable base, and dependable performance during regular wear.
From finished wefts to wearable extensions.
Finished wefts are carefully positioned, layered, and stitched to build the top structure and foundation of the extension. Assembly details vary by product type, including UNILOVELY Halo and Clip-in extension designs.
Precise assembly helps create a secure, balanced extension that is comfortable to wear and consistent in its final shape.
The last details before it leaves the factory.
Finished extensions are brushed and groomed, then gently heat-finished to smooth and refine the strands. The completed hair is visually inspected before being protected, labeled, and packed for shipment.
This final stage helps ensure a clean, consistent presentation and gives the finished extension one more quality check before packaging.
