Some of our rooted, highlighted, balayage and P/T shades use more complex color combinations and techniques than a traditional solid shade.
Because of this, some special colors may not currently be included in our standard swatch selection.
If the color you're interested in isn't listed, simply send us the product name or a screenshot and we'll check the available sample options for you.

That's why the most natural extension match may sometimes be a rooted, highlighted or dimensional blend rather than one solid color.
Our goal is not simply to find a similar color number — it's to help you find an extension shade that blends naturally into the overall appearance of your hair.

Extensions blend primarily through the lengths of your hair, so don't choose a shade based only on your roots.
Warm indoor light and direct sunlight can make the same color look dramatically different.

Are the swatches made from real human hair?
Yes. Our color swatches use real human hair so you can see the actual tone, warmth and dimension in person.
Do you have swatches for every color?
We offer swatches for many of our solid and standard dimensional shades. Some special rooted, highlighted, balayage and P/T colors may require a separately prepared sample.
What if I'm still unsure after receiving my swatches?
Send us photos of your hair together with the swatches you're considering and we'll be happy to help you compare them.
Can standard hair extensions be returned if the color isn't right?
Eligible standard, non-custom extensions may be returned according to our return policy, provided they remain unused and meet all return conditions. Please review our full return policy before opening or trying on your extensions.
