A: To maintain our high standards, orders placed before Feb 9th will be dispatched immediately. For orders placed during our seasonal break (Feb 10–20), shipping will resume on Feb 21st for most international destinations and Feb 24th for Australia. You will receive a tracking number the moment your lovely package is on its way.

A: Once shipped, delivery times for our core regions are typically:

  • UK: 3–5 business days
  • Australia: 4–7 business days
  • Canada: 5–7 business days
  • EU: 3–8 business days
  • NZ & Ireland: 6–10 business days

A: Yes! Our wigs are heat-friendly. However, to keep your fibers looking "uniquely lovely," we recommend using low heat settings (under 160°C/320°F) and always using a heat protectant spray.
