Please send photos of your natural hair in soft natural light. If your order has arrived, please also send photos of the hair piece before washing, cutting, coloring, toning, or styling it.

For Shipping Questions

Please include your order number and tracking number. Tracking updates may take time to appear after a package is scanned by the carrier.

Our human hair extensions are made to order, which means production and quality checks take time before shipping.

If you contact us about an order change, please do so within 24 hours after placing your order. Once production has started, changes may not always be possible.

If you contact us after delivery, please check the hair in natural light first and reach out before washing, cutting, coloring, toning, or styling.
