What does UNILOVELY sell?
UNILOVELY focuses on human hair extensions designed for natural-looking length and volume. Our main extension styles include halo extensions and clip-in extensions.

Are your extensions made with human hair?
Yes. Our human hair extensions are made with Remy human hair, designed to feel soft, smooth, and natural-looking when blended with your own hair.
Like all human hair products, they need gentle care to stay soft and beautiful over time.
What is the difference between halo and clip-in extensions?
Halo extensions are designed for quick, beginner-friendly volume. They sit around the head with an invisible wire and are usually easier to put on and remove.
Clip-in extensions give you more control because the wefts can be placed in different areas. They are a good choice if you want more targeted fullness or more styling flexibility.
How do I choose the right grams?
The best grams depend on your natural hair density, your chosen length, and the result you want.
- Lower grams are better for soft, natural volume.
- Medium grams are good for fuller everyday looks.
- Higher grams are better for longer lengths or a more noticeable transformation.
Weight should always be considered together with length. Longer hair usually needs more grams to keep the ends looking full and balanced.
Can I cut or style the extensions?
Yes, human hair extensions can usually be styled and lightly trimmed. For the most natural blend, some customers choose to have a stylist trim or layer the extensions after receiving them.
Please check your order carefully before cutting, coloring, toning, washing, or heat styling. Once altered, the hair may no longer be eligible for support related to the original condition.
Color & Fit
Color is one of the most important parts of choosing hair extensions. We always recommend checking hair color in soft natural light.
Do extensions need to match my natural hair exactly?
A close match is important, but it does not always need to be perfect. Many blended colors, balayage shades, and highlighted shades are designed to mix naturally with similar tones in your own hair.
The most natural result usually comes from matching the mid-lengths and ends of your hair rather than only the roots.
Why does the color look different in different photos?
Hair color can look warmer, cooler, lighter, or darker depending on lighting, camera settings, screen display, and surrounding colors.
For the most accurate view, please check the hair in natural daylight near a window or outdoors in soft light.
Can you help me choose a color before ordering?
Yes. You can contact us by email or WhatsApp with photos of your hair in natural light. If possible, send front, side, and back photos so we can better understand your hair color.
We can help guide you toward a closer color direction, but please remember that online color matching can never be 100% exact due to lighting and screen differences.
What should I do when my order arrives?
Please check the hair before washing, cutting, coloring, toning, curling, straightening, or wearing it for the day.
If anything looks unusual, contact us with clear photos in natural light before altering the hair.

Shipping
Because many of our human hair extensions are made to order, production and quality checks take time before shipment.
How long does production take?
Made-to-order human hair extensions usually take about 4–5 business days for production and quality check before shipping.
This time allows us to prepare the piece according to the color, length, and fullness you selected.
How long does shipping take?
After dispatch, U.S. shipping usually takes about 5–8 business days, depending on the carrier and local delivery conditions.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.
Why did I not receive a tracking number immediately?
For made-to-order extensions, your order first goes through production and quality check. Tracking is sent after the order is completed and shipped.
If your order has shipped but tracking has not updated yet, please allow some time for the carrier to scan the package.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel a made-to-order extension order, please contact us within 24 hours after placing the order.
Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible because the item is being prepared specifically for your selected options.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We may be able to ship to selected international destinations. Shipping availability and delivery time can vary by country.

Care

Can I return hair extensions?
Our human hair extensions are made-to-order products. Once production or shipping has started, extension orders generally cannot be returned or exchanged because they are prepared according to your selected options.
Please contact us within 24 hours after ordering if you need to request a change before production begins.
Can I return wigs?
Eligible wigs may be returned within 14 days if they are unworn, unwashed, uncut, unstyled, and kept in original condition and packaging.
Please review our return policy or contact us before sending anything back.
How should I care for human hair extensions?
- Brush gently from the ends first, then move upward.
- Wash only when needed with lukewarm water and gentle products.
- Use sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner when possible.
- Let the hair air dry instead of rubbing it with a towel.
- Use heat protectant and low-to-medium heat if styling with hot tools.
- Store the hair brushed, dry, and clean when not wearing it.
Can I sleep, swim, or shower with extensions?
For removable extensions such as halo and clip-in styles, we recommend removing them before sleeping, showering, swimming, or heavy exercise.
This helps prevent tangling, pulling, friction, and unnecessary wear.
What if I need help after delivery?
Please contact us before washing, cutting, coloring, toning, styling, or wearing the hair for the day.
For faster help, include your order number, the email used at checkout, clear photos in natural light, and a short description of your concern.
