1. 14-Day Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with the lace uncut, and in its original premium packaging.

2. Hygiene & Safety Standards

For the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns for wigs if:

• The Lace has been cut or altered in any way.
• The hair has been brushed, styled, or washed.
• Any hair products, perfumes, or makeup residues are present on the cap or fiber.

*We recommend inspecting your wig carefully and trying it on with a wig cap before making any permanent alterations.

3. How to Start a Return

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. For confirmed defective items, Unilovely will cover all return shipping costs and provide a priority replacement.

5. Exchanges

The most efficient way to ensure you get the perfect fit is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Our styling experts are available via Inbox to help you choose the correct shade or style before you re-order.

6. Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
