A. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to the European Union, the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and several non-EU European countries (e.g., Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein).

Most orders arrive in 5–8 business days after dispatch (destination dependent). For peak seasons or remote areas, please allow extra time. See our Shipping Policy for details.

We offer free express shipping on first orders with the welcome discount (over €40). Otherwise, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Yes. Once your parcel ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. You can also check via Track Order in the footer.

B. Orders & Payment

If your order hasn’t shipped, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll try to help, but we can’t guarantee changes once the parcel is in transit.

D. Exchanges

Yes. Within 14 days of delivery, you can request one exchange for color or style (the new item’s price must not exceed the original).

Items must be unused with hygiene seal intact, tags attached, and all packaging complete. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept items that show signs of wear or tampering.

Yes. Exchanges incur €10 shipping + €10 handling (deducted at processing).

No. Once you choose an exchange, the order becomes non-returnable.

E. Care & Styling

Yes, on low heat (check the product page for the exact temperature range). Always test on a small section first.

Use cool water and wig-safe products. Gently detangle, wash, and air dry on a stand. See our Care Guide for step-by-step tips.

Brush from tips to roots with a wig comb, store on a stand, and avoid high friction from scarves/hoods.
