How to Find Your Best Match

Hold the swatches against the mid-lengths and ends of your natural hair, rather than matching only your roots. This is where your extensions will blend most visibly with your own hair.

For the most accurate comparison, we recommend checking your swatches in:

Indirect natural daylight
Outdoor daylight
Normal indoor lighting

Natural Hair Is Rarely One Flat Color

Your roots may be deeper, your lengths may be lighter, and subtle highlights can create dimension throughout your hair. A rooted, highlighted, or dimensional shade may sometimes create a more seamless result than one solid color.

Looking for a Rooted, Highlighted or P/T Shade?

Many of our solid and standard dimensional shades are available as swatches. Some of our more complex rooted, highlighted, balayage, and P/T colors may not currently be included in the standard swatch collection.
